14-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase on all subscription plans. The refund amount depends on whether credits have been consumed during the refund period:
Full Refund — No Credits Used
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not consumed any credits from your current billing cycle, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Proportionate Refund — Partial Credit Usage
If you have consumed a portion of your allocated credits within the 14-day window, you may request a proportionate refund based on the unused credits remaining. The refund is calculated as follows:
Refund Calculation
Refund Amount = (Unused Credits ÷ Total Allocated Credits) × Amount Paid
For example, if you purchased a Basic plan at $20 (69 credits) and used 20 credits, your remaining 49 credits would entitle you to a refund of approximately $14.20.
After 14 Days
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be honoured. Once the refund period has lapsed, all payments — including subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades — are considered final and non-refundable.
Pay As You Go (PAYG) Purchases
PAYG credit top-ups are eligible for a proportionate refund within 14 days of purchase, provided credits remain unused. If partial credits have been consumed, the same proportionate refund formula applies. PAYG credits that have expired (after the 3-month validity period) are not eligible for any refund.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Unused credits from the current billing cycle will remain available until the period ends, after which they expire.
- Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must submit a separate refund request within the 14-day window if eligible.

- Date of purchase
- Plan or PAYG amount purchased
- Reason for requesting a refund

Credits-Back Guarantee
Not satisfied with an AI result?
Separate from the refund policy, HouseKraft offers a credits-back guarantee on individual AI generations. If an output does not meet reasonable quality expectations and the issue is not related to poor prompting or input quality, submit the result for admin review. After due diligence, our team may reverse the credits used for that generation at their discretion. This ensures your credits are protected when the AI falls short.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window
- Expired PAYG credits beyond the 3-month validity period
