Welcome to HouseKraft, an online AI-powered image editor application for interior design and architecture. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HouseKraft website and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by 172 Tech and developed by ESS ENN Associates. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

Intellectual Property

You may not use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service. IN NO EVENT SHALL 172 TECH, ESS ENN ASSOCIATES, OR THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 172 Tech, ESS ENN Associates, and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees resulting from your violation of these Terms, use of the Service, or violation of any rights of any other person or entity.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chandigarh, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post revised Terms on the Service and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
